It came and I took one, no reaction. I’ll probably just skip the few days after Rapa.
What I liked about it was the stroke reduction. My uncle had a stroke and he’s in the nursing home now, I think he’s 88? But he told me to avoid a stroke at all cost. He was doing great before that.
