You should have titled this thread “apprehension about taking an experimental drug”.
Yes, most people have it, for me reading the research trials on rapamycin is as soothing as a pacifier to a baby.

That’s such a great title - I think it developed into that for sure. I wonder if we can rename it because it makes much more sense. I’m a writer so I really appreciate the right title

Fwiw, my cgm snapshot at any time during the day after I’ve eaten does not line up with my fasted blood work. So I’m not sure this says your glucose has risen as a result… but can’t say for sure!
After a long illness acquired from granddaughter’s daycare (she doesn’t go anymore) I had to take dose #1 again and all the apprehension is just a little less than the actual #1
