I prefer Transcutol. IMO: It is much more pleasant. It smells and feels better on the skin it penetrates the dermal layer enough to be effective but does not get into the bloodstream as DMSO does.
DMSO is a slightly better solvent for some things than Transcutol
Everything, such as rapamycin, melatonin, and doxycycline that I use dissolves nicely in Transcutol.

Excellent video. One of the most informative ever, and a very strong case for 17a-estradiol. Already taking a PDE5 inhibitor, and keeping my eye on the SGL2 inhibitors.
